First we are going to take a look at the cherry topping.

Cherry Topping:

You need to buy q pound frozen and unsweetened cheery for the cherry topping. ½ cup kirsch and ½ cup sour cherry syrup. These are important for black forest cherry cake.

Chocolate Crust:

You need to have 9 oz chocolate wafer cookies and 6 tablespoon chilled butter. You need to cut the butter into ½ inch pieces. The butter needs to be well chilled. Once the chocolate crust is done you need to think about the chocolate feeling. It sounds a bit hectic to make so many things for one cake but it surely worth the trouble.

Chocolate Filling:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 12 ounces of semi sweet and bitter sweet chocolate
  • 20 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tblsp kirsch
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tblsp sugar


  1. First you need to prepare the topping. For that you need to drain the cherries and kirsch for few hours in a small bowl.
  2. For next 1 hour you need to shake the bowl thoroughly. You need to reserve the liquid and take care of the fact that the cherries are drained properly.
  3. Now you need to add 1 cup sour cherry syrup and half of the cherries in a skillet. Boil it till it becomes thicker. It takes 6-10 minutes. You can prepare it a day earlier than making the cake. It will be less hectic for you then.
  4. Crush the cookies and mix them with butter. Crush them and mix them together properly and the chocolate crust is ready. You need to mix it for 20- 20 minutes.
  5. Now pour the whipped cream with chocolate in a saucepan on medium it and stir non stop. After that cool it for 10 minutes and the filling is ready.
  6. Beat the cream cheese with sugar. Beat it for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth. Now mix the chocolate mixture, vanilla essence in it and mix well.
  7.  Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes. Now let it cook completely. It might take days but you have to wait. You can keep it in the refrigerator for couple of days and then you can eat it. It will definitely taste great.

How to Make Butter Chicken

Yes, it is not easy but it is not that tricky either. We are going to discuss easy way to cook delicious butter chicken in the following article.




Butter chicken is also known as murgh makhani and it takes nearly 2 hours to prepare this.


  • Boneless chicken 1kg. It is better to remove that skin.
  • Lime juice 2tbsp
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 10-12 peppercorns
  • 1-2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 6-8 almonds (optional)
  • 8-10 cardamom seeds
  • 1 cup fresh yoghurt
  • 4 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3 onions chopped
  • 2 tsps garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Tomato paste of 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 litre chicken stock
  • 2 tbsps dried fenugreek leaves
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish


  • In a large bowl mix the lime juice, salt, chilli powder and yoghurt and then mix the chicken in it. Mix it well and cover it. Keep it aside for at least one hour so that the chicken gets tender and the spices gets inside it.
  • Now you need to roast the chicken in your oven for 2 minutes. Pre heat your oven in 180 degree. Put the marinated chicken in the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes. After that the chicken will be roasted well. You need to keep it aside again.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and add all the spices one after another and mix and roast them properly. Now you need to add finely chopped onions in that and fry till it becomes brown. Then you need to add turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and sauté it in medium heat. Once the mixture is ready you need to add the roasted chicken in it and mix well and cover it for 5-6 minutes.
  • Stir it well and mix the chicken stock in it. Cook for some times and mix the dry fenugreek leaves in it. Cook it for some time and mix the butter in it. You can see the gravy in golden brown colour. You can now sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or paratha.

  •   2-3 onions properly and finely chopped.

  •   5-6 tsp curry powder
  •   220 ml coconut milk
  •   2 tbsp fruit chutney
  •   3 tbsp extra virgin oil
  •   Salt, sugar and pepper according to taste


  •   Put one chopped onion along with ginger and garlic in your food processor. Wait till it becomes a smooth paste. You need to marinate the chicken with this paste and keep it aside for couple of hours. The chicken will become tender and this way it will taste good.
  •   Now you need to heat oil in a sauce pan. You need to add the rest of the chopped onion and fry till it becomes brown. Now you need to add the rest of the spices in it. After that you need to add the cardamom, star anise and fry for couple of minutes. Then you need to mix the curry powder in it and sauté for few minutes in medium heat. You can mix little bit of coconut milk and water in case the mixture gets too sticky.
  •   Now once the mixture is fragrant looks good you need to mix the marinated chicken in it and also add the chopped tomatoes in it. Mix well with the mixture and cook it for some time. You need to add the coconut milk then and stir non stop for 5-6 minutes. The mixture must cover the chicken properly. Then you need to cover the saucepan and let it cook in it low medium heat for 40-50 minutes. You need to lift the lid sometimes in between and scrape the bottom properly. Once it is done you need to serve it hot with white rice.

Creamy Pheasant Hotpot.

Pheasant can make a delicious, warming, winter meal. By far the most valuable part of the bird is the breast. Wings and legs can often be tough unless cooked slowly or well marinated. Here is a delicious autumnal recipe that makes the most of the whole pheasant. Its best to use at least one pheasant per person. The following recipe serves four.

  • Start by dicing the breast and remove any skin from the wings and legs.
  • Dust the meat with flour until it is evenly covered. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Flash fry the meat with one large sliced onion in a large, thick bottomed saucepan.
  • Deglaze the pan with a splash of white table wine. Mix the excess flour with the wine to form a creamy paste, almost like a roux
  • Add a couple of handfuls of halved white, seedless grapes.
  • Cover with white wine, put a lid on the pan and simmer on the hob at a low heat for about an hour. The longer it simmers, the more tender the meat will become. Add water as needed to stop the sauce from becoming too thick.
  • When the pheasant is tender and the sauce is the consistency of custard, remove from the heat. Add single cream to taste and mix well into the sauce. The amount of cream you add really is a matter of preference and depends on how rich you want it to be.
  • Finally, sprinkle toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley on top. This is not essential but parsley is always nice for adding a ‘dash of green’ and the pine nuts will give it a bit of crunch.

The perfect accompaniment to this hearty dish is creamy mashed potatoes and steamed purple sprouting, but broccoli or braised red cabbage would work just as well.

For two people:
250 gr. of ground beef
30 gr. duck mousse
1 shallot
10 gr. fresh chives
10 ml. brandy
1 egg
hamburger bread
1/2 truffle
1 tablespoon mustard
10 gr. flour
olive oil
fresh tarragon
chopped parsley
For the garnish:
2 leaves of lettuce
1 tomato
2 pickles
2 slices of cheese
1 small bag of chips

For tempura:
30 gr. tempura flour
60 ml. beer
1 red onion


Chop the shallot, chives, truffle and tarragon and put them in a bowl. Add the truffle juice, minced meat and duck mousse, a splash of brandy, egg and mustard. Salt and pepper. Mix and let stand in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to incorporate all the flavors well.

Prepare the tempura mixing flour and beer. Cut the onion into rings, batter them in tempura and fry in hot oil. Reserve.

Grill on the barbecue burgers and toasted bread. Cut the tomato and thinly sliced ​​truffle.

Place between two pieces of bread, hamburger, a slice of cheese, some onion rings, slices of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, a few slices of truffle and a pickle. Secure with a skewer. Serve with fried potatoes sprinkled with paprika and serve.
